  • Infringing on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service.
  • Impersonating any person or entity.
  • Exceeding specified usage limits without prior agreement.
  • Using the service to train competing AI models.

Your Content & Our AI

  • Your Input Content:
  • You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to Ultimate Video AI.
  • You grant Ultimate Video AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your input solely to provide and improve the service.
  • You confirm you have all necessary rights to your input content and that it doesn't violate these Terms.
  • AI-Generated Output:
  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output content generated by Ultimate Video AI based on your input.
  • Ultimate Video AI retains ownership of the underlying AI models, software, and platform.
  • AI-generated output may not be unique; similar content may be generated for others.
  • We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for verifying the output's legality and suitability for your intended use.

Limiting Our Responsibility

  • Service "As Is":
  • Ultimate Video AI provides its service "as is" and "as available."
  • We offer no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
  • Liability Cap:
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months or $100.00, whichever is greater.
  • Ultimate Video AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
  • Indemnification:
  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ultimate Video AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

Ending Your Use

  • By You:
  • You may stop using Ultimate Video AI at any time.
  • You can delete your account by contacting us.
  • By Ultimate Video AI:
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.
  • No refunds will be issued for termination due to a breach of these Terms.
  • Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification will survive termination.
